Accessibility Policy for Good Good Ganja
Effective Date: August 8, 2025
At Good Good Ganja, we want everyone to have a welcoming and usable experience on goodgoodganjashop.com, including visitors with disabilities. Our website brings together Good Good products, brand information, and online shopping for adults 21 and over where lawful. We aim to make it easier for people with different abilities to browse the menu, review product details, and contact us for assistance.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are working to improve website accessibility and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a reference for that work. Our goal is to make website content and common features easier to perceive, navigate, understand, and use, including for people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we do not claim that every page or feature is fully accessible at all times.
Accessibility Features
Our accessibility efforts focus on the following areas:
- Screen Reader Support: Using meaningful page structure, descriptive text, and appropriate labels where possible to help visitors using screen readers.
- Keyboard Navigation: Working to make menus, forms, product information, and shopping features usable without requiring a mouse.
- Text Alternatives: Providing useful descriptions for meaningful images and accessible alternatives for other content where practical.
- Color Contrast: Reviewing text and interface contrast to support readability.
- Adjustable Text Size: Supporting browser zoom and text resizing where possible.
- Clear Design: Using consistent page layouts, readable content, and descriptive links and labels to help visitors find what they need.
Ongoing Improvements
We continue to review and improve the accessibility of our website. This may include checking website content, navigation, forms, and third-party features and responding to issues reported by visitors. If you find a barrier, your feedback can help us prioritize improvements.
Limitations and Exceptions
Some website features or content are provided by third parties and may not be fully within our control. These can include checkout services, embedded tools, and external websites. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we welcome reports of issues and will try to help visitors find another way to access the relevant information when reasonably possible.
