Worry-Free Guarantee Requirements:

The product must be a first-time purchase for that specific item.
The returned item should be at least half full.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Clearance and bulk items are not eligible.
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.

After we receive your return, we’ll issue a store credit or offer a replacement item of equal value — your choice!

In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
