Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial offers. This policy explains how these types of purchases work and how you can modify or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay for the full term.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically once the selected term ends. If you don’t wish to continue, you may cancel the renewal before the next billing cycle.
You can update or cancel your subscription at any time. A link to manage your subscription is provided in your confirmation email.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or not yet released. At checkout, we may collect either full payment, a deposit, or simply store your payment method for future processing.
Once the product is available, we will fulfill the order and charge the remaining or full amount, depending on the payment arrangement.
You may cancel any pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a refund.
